- Non-consensual Nudity & Sexual Harassment: Flashing, broadcasting pornography, or demanding sexual favors.
- Extortion & Blackmail: Threatening to reveal private data, recording calls, or asking for money.
- Call Recording & Screenshot Sharing: Unauthorized recording or publishing of private calls and chats is illegal.
- Impersonation & Fake Accounts: Creating deceptive profiles or catfishing.
- Off-Platform Scams: Asking users to transfer money outside the app.
3. In-App Virtual Coins & Services
Hoty GF coins are virtual tokens used to initiate calls, send gifts, and access premium features. Coins have no real-world fiat currency value for regular users and are non-refundable once consumed.
Hosts and creators who receive coin gifts can convert eligible balances into cash payouts under the Host Withdrawal Agreement.
4. Termination & Liability Limits
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
